I love the inventive places Sarah Trickler goes with her photographic creations. Sometimes it appears deeply emotional, sometimes it appears gothically dark and sometimes it looks creatively painful. Nevertheless, no matter how it appears, undoubtedly, Sarah Trickler’s imagination is always turned on. Take a look at some of her artistic and conceptual work below. If you like what you see please PinTweetLike and most importantly enjoy!

I get ahead of myself a lot. My imagination gets the better of me and most of the time I’m kicking myself for going over my head with an idea, or not trying hard enough on an idea. My imagination is always on and I’m always being inspired by things and I’ll plan and draw out ideas and then plan for the perfect time but always, I forget this or that or the timing just isn’t right. When I do get around to completing an idea it does make me smile to know I put my effort, heart and soul into my work.

My gear. To be fair and honest, I work with a sunpack tripod, a 16g memory card, a basic 52mm filter, an EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens and a Canon rebel xsi. It’s not the best or the top of the line, it’s just what I’ve gathered together in the last year and worked with, learned with, depended upon. It’s like the saying goes, “it’s not the camera that makes the photographer, but the talent behind the camera!”
